Nanofiber & advanced materials
Three Demand-Side Introductions for a Nanofiber Company
Built from signals rather than volume, in a technical market where generic lead generation does not work.
The opportunity
RESPILON's edge is nanofiber technology, with applications across filtration, protective materials, health, pharmaceuticals, defence and industrial R&D.
That breadth is also the problem. A wide market surface means a broad list produces noise: not every company that looks relevant is worth a conversation, and a generic campaign would have buried the real opportunities.
What we delivered
Rather than treating the market as one pool, we looked for companies where the technology had a believable commercial reason to matter.
The filters were category fit, product surface, technical use case, industrial relevance, filtration and protection requirements, R&D activity, and whether a company had an actual reason to be evaluating advanced materials.
The objective was never reply rate. It was to find the places where an introduction could create economic movement.
The result
Three qualified introductions were routed over roughly 43 days.
In a technical B2B market, one relevant conversation can be worth far more than the cost of sourcing the route. A single introduction that becomes a pilot, a distribution conversation, a technical evaluation or a supply agreement justifies the campaign on its own.
A generic cold email campaign asks how many replies it got. A routed system asks whether the conversations it created could realistically turn into revenue, partnerships or strategic accounts.
