This website at morningcrestprotocol.com (the “Site”) is operated by MorningCrest Solutions, a company organised in the United States and trading as Morningcrest Protocol (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us at james@morningcrestprotocol.com.

1. How we are paid

We are paid a flat fee, agreed in writing before any introduction is made. We are never paid out of the transaction itself: no commission, no success fee, no percentage of contract value, and no undisclosed interest of any kind in what the introduced parties go on to agree.

2. When both sides pay

Either side of a market may retain us. Where both sides of the same introduction have engaged us, we tell both of them so in writing before the introduction is made.

3. Conflicts

We map active engagements against every new enquiry. Where we already act for a competing party in a way that could affect you, we disclose it before proceeding, and we decline the engagement where the conflict cannot be managed.

4. What our guarantee covers

Our replacement guarantee covers counterparty verification only. If an introduced principal materially deviates from the credentials, capacity or specifications we verified, we replace the introduction at no additional charge. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes of any kind.

5. Published results

Case records on this Site name clients who have consented to being named. Some engagements were delivered with our partner myoProcess and are published with their permission. Figures are as reported by the clients concerned and are not independently audited. Past results are specific to the engagement described and are not a prediction of future outcomes.

6. Regulatory status

We are not registered as, and do not act as, a broker-dealer, investment adviser, insurance producer, employment agency, customs broker or commodity trading adviser. We do not provide regulated advice and we do not hold client funds or goods. Where a transaction requires a licensed intermediary, that role sits with the parties’ own advisers, not with us.

7. Questions

If anything here is unclear, write to james@morningcrestprotocol.com and we will answer plainly.
