Five sectors / Demand and supply in each / United States

We know who needs it, and we know who can supply it.

Coverage

What we see in each sector

Held directly and kept current. We do not publish how it is built.

Energy

Operator programmes and field service capacity across the Permian, Eagle Ford, Bakken and Haynesville.

Healthcare

Coverage pressure at facility level, and credentialed clinical rosters ready to deploy against it.

Food & Distribution

International producers moving on the US market, and the importers adding lines in each category.

Production

Funded campaign and launch briefs, and studio capacity by scope, window and craft.

Commodities

Held purchasing mandates, and licensed production with uncommitted monthly tonnage.

The protocol

How an introduction is made

Four stages, in order, every time.

Step 1

Coverage

A requirement goes live inside a corridor we already cover, and we know whose it is.

Step 2

Clearance

Both principals are tested against the five checks below. Most do not pass, and the introduction is not made.

Step 3

Brief

Each side receives a short written brief: who the other is, what they need, what the first conversation should settle.

Step 4

Introduction

One email thread, an agreed agenda, then we step back. We take no part in the transaction that follows.

Operating policy

How we qualify both sides

Three tests, applied before anyone is introduced.

Authority

We deal only with the people who can sign: owners, managing directors, heads of operations.

Capacity

Both sides must be able to act inside 30 to 60 days, with licences and insurance current.

Urgency

The problem has to carry a real cost. Curiosity does not make an introduction worth anyone's time.

The umbrella guarantee

We do not speculate on market conditions or final commercial awards. We guarantee counterparty verification. If an introduced principal materially deviates from their verified credentials, available capacity or operational specifications, the introduction is replaced immediately at no additional charge.

Questions

What counterparties ask before the first call.

What does an introduction actually look like?

We speak with both sides first and verify each one. If the fit is real, both parties receive a short written brief and we open one email thread with an agreed agenda, then step back. We do not broker contracts, handle goods, or take payments between parties.

How are fees structured?

A flat fee, agreed in writing before any introduction is made. Where both sides engage us, each is told so in writing. We never take an undisclosed share of the underlying transaction.

What does the umbrella guarantee cover?

Counterparty verification, not market outcomes. We do not guarantee that a deal closes or that a contract is awarded. If an introduced principal materially deviates from their verified credentials, stated capacity or operational specifications, we replace the introduction at no additional charge.

How does access work over time?

Engagements run for an agreed period and are reviewed at the end of it. We are retained to keep a pipeline moving, not to make a single introduction.

How do you handle confidentiality and conflicts?

Conversations stay private by default. We share no contact details or commercial terms without permission, and we disclose any competing mandate before introducing. Where the sector calls for it, a non-circumvention and non-disclosure agreement is signed before identities are exchanged.

Where does your information come from?

Our coverage is the business, so we do not publish how it is built. What matters to a counterparty is that it is current, that it is held directly rather than bought in, and that nothing reaches you until both sides have been verified.

How do I start?

Send an enquiry or book a short call. Tell us your sector, which side of the market you are on, and what has to happen in the next 60 days.

Request an introduction

Tell us your sector, which side of the market you are on, and what has to happen in the next 60 days. Every enquiry is read by a person, and nothing is shared without your say-so.
