Five New Clients in 48 Days for an EdTech Platform

Replacing ad spend with targeted outbound for a children's language-learning platform.

Client: FabuLingua Result: 5 clients in 48 days Window: 48 days Sector: Cross-sector

The opportunity

FabuLingua teaches languages to children through storytelling and interactive learning, and wanted to accelerate client acquisition by reaching its ideal customers directly.

Scaling outreach was the bottleneck. Reaching the right decision-makers and educators was inconsistent, and the existing inbound approach delivered qualified leads slowly and unpredictably. Significant money was going into ads for results that were hard to forecast.

What we delivered

We defined the ideal customer profile precisely: schools, language learning centres and parents actively looking for engaging educational tools.

Messaging and multi-step email campaigns were written to open conversations rather than announce a product, and automation handled lead capture, follow-up and pipeline tracking.

Prospects were qualified and nurtured through to conversion rather than handed over cold.

The result

FabuLingua acquired five new clients within 48 days of concentrated campaign sending, on an $8,288 investment in setup and execution.

Qualified leads moved through the pipeline faster, shortening the sales cycle, and the platform was left with a repeatable outbound system rather than a dependence on ad budget.
