The opportunity

Elate Staffing Solutions is a UK recruitment agency working across industrial, technical and engineering, and commercial sectors, selling to HR and hiring managers.

Almost everything upstream of the placement was manual. Lead generation was slow, qualification was inconsistent enough that real opportunities were missed, and there was no scalable way to reach hiring managers in the target sectors.

Deliverability was treated as its own workstream, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication configured so campaigns reached inboxes instead of spam folders.
