Institutional Clearance for Bulk Physical Commodities.
Connecting verified industrial smelters, refiners and off-takers with licensed commercial mining operations and primary processors.
The structural friction
Smelters, refiners and processing plants need steady recurring supply of ores and concentrates, such as copper concentrate, lead ore and manganese, to keep furnaces running. Licensed mining operators and concessions need dependable off-take counterparties to monetise monthly production.
Deliveries are contracted in bulk monthly tonnages, typically 5,000 to 10,000 metric tons a month. A single recurring off-take contract represents $2m to $25m+ in monthly physical cargo value.
What we see
Formal procurement documentation, held directly. Serious industrial buyers do not transact on informal chat; they issue a mandate stating tonnage, delivery timeline, target assay specification and Incoterms. We work only from mandates we hold and production we have verified.
The compliance gate
Proof of allocation from the mine, certified laboratory assay reports, export clearance, and a confirmed purchasing mandate on the buyer side. A bilateral NCNDA is executed before identities are exchanged.
The bridge
Bulk mineral trading is crowded with unverified brokers circulating stale documents. Buyers struggle to find real production capacity; mines struggle to secure dependable off-take. Our commodities desk works only from verified purchasing allocations and documented production, and removes the intermediary chain so principals deal with principals.
Counterparties
Who sits on each side
Smelters, processing plants and institutional commodity trading desks holding formal purchasing mandates.
Licensed commercial mines, concession owners and primary processing facilities with uncommitted monthly capacity and active export documentation.
Copper concentrate at 15–30%+ Cu content in 2,000 to 10,000+ MT monthly allocations; high-grade lead ore and concentrates in 3,000 to 15,000+ MT monthly off-take; manganese, zinc ore and specialised raw industrial materials.
